Syndicate Legal Advisory Services prepares the completes court documents required to commence and support a civil action to set aside (avoid or void) a fraudulent transfer or voidable transaction under the applicable state Uniform Voidable Transactions Act (UVTA), Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA), or equivalent statute(s).

Scope of Documents Prepared

  • Complaint or petition (or equivalent initiating pleading) seeking avoidance of the transfer, attachment, injunction, receivership, and/or other statutory remedies
  • Summons and related process documents
  • Supporting affidavits, declarations, or verified statements (including those addressing badges of fraud, insolvency, reasonably equivalent value, or other statutory elements)
  • Applications or motions for temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or other provisional relief to preserve assets
  • Lis pendens (where real property is involved) and related recording documents
  • Related supporting papers such as case cover sheets, civil case information statements, and jurisdiction-specific forms
  • Optional follow-on documents (e.g., discovery requests or basic motion templates) as requested

Documents are customized to the facts you provide and to the procedural and substantive requirements of the specific state and court in which the action will be filed. Because UVTA/UFTA adoptions and local rules vary, we tailor the pleadings to the relevant jurisdiction’s terminology, elements, remedies, and filing.
