Syndicate Legal Advisory Services prepares the official USCIS Form I-751, "Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence," and organizes the client’s supporting documents.

What’s included:

  • Intake and information gathering. A structured questionnaire collects the client’s own answers to the form’s questions, such as names, dates, addresses, the date and basis of conditional residence, marriage information, children, employment, and any prior filings, along with the conditional resident card.
  • Form preparation. We prepare the client’s answers into the current edition of Form I-751 and the signature and declaration pages.
  • Co-petitioner information (joint filings). Where the client files with a spouse, we prepare the spouse’s information as well. Both parties must review and sign personally.
  • Preparer’s statement. We complete the form’s “Preparer’s Statement” accurately, identifying ourselves as the preparer.
  • Document organization. We organize the evidence the client produces to submit into a labeled index, such as the client’s own copies of leases, bills, bank statements, insurance, tax returns, photographs, birth certificates of children, and any third-party affidavits.
  • Third-party affidavit forms (optional). From a person’s own account, we prepare a sworn statement the person reviews, corrects, and signs.
  • Translation coordination (optional). Where documents are in another language, we provide a checklist reminding the client that USCIS requires a full English translation with a translator’s certification.
  • Filing packet. We provide a printable filing packet with a document checklist, copy instructions, and the current USCIS filing address or online filing information, drawn from the official instructions. The client reviews, signs, and sends everything.
  • Filing fee information. We tell the client where to find the current fee on the official USCIS fee schedule, and we explain the form of payment USCIS accepts. We do not collect or transmit the government fee.
  • Receipt and next-step checklist. We provide a neutral checklist, drawn from USCIS public guidance, of what the client may receive after filing, such as a receipt notice, a biometrics appointment, and a possible interview notice. We do not advise on what these mean or how to respond.
  • Address change reminder. We prepare, on request, the Form AR-11 change of address notice from the client’s information.
  • Review and revisions. We make revisions you request to the typed form before signing, within the number of review rounds included in your package.
