Syndicate Legal Advisory Services provides nationwide legal document preparation services for entities preparing a Brewer’s Notice and related applications with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). We prepare the Brewer’s Notice, bond materials (if required), and related supporting documents based on the entity information, brewery details, and specific instructions you provide.
Documents Commonly Prepared
We prepare documents associated with a TTB Brewer’s Notice, including:
Brewer’s Notice (TTB F 5130.10): Completion of the notice covering the applicant’s identity, business organization, brewery description, trade names, 24-hour cycle of operations, ownership interests, and other required information, based on the information you supply.
Brewer’s Bond (TTB F 5130.22 or TTB F 5130.25): Organization and formatting of the surety bond or collateral bond form (when required, subject to small producer exemptions), based on the information and surety or collateral details you supply.
Supporting Forms: Organization of Personnel Questionnaires (TTB F 5000.9), Power of Attorney (TTB F 5000.8), Signing Authority forms (TTB F 5100.1), or other required supporting materials, based on the documents and information you provide.
Organizational and Premises Documents: Organization of articles of incorporation, operating agreements, partnership agreements, lease agreements or proof of ownership, premises diagrams or plats, and other entity or premises materials, based on the documents you supply.
Amendments or Updates: Preparation of amended Brewer’s Notices or updates incorporating corrections or changes, based on the corrected or updated details you provide.
Documents are prepared for electronic filing through the TTB’s Permits Online system or for paper submission as applicable. A Brewer’s Notice is required before commencing business as a brewer producing malt beverages; the application package includes detailed brewery descriptions, operational information, and personnel disclosures; a bond is generally required unless an exemption applies; clients remain fully responsible for determining the notice and bonding obligations, the accuracy and completeness of all information, timely submission, and compliance with the Internal Revenue Code and TTB regulations under 27 C.F.R. Part 25.
