Syndicate Legal Advisory Services provides nationwide legal document preparation services for policyholders, claimants, or other parties involved in disputes with an insurance company (including coverage disputes, claim denials, underpayments, delay issues, or related matters).

Documents Commonly Prepared

We prepare a full range of documents associated with insurance company disputes, including but not limited to:

  • Notices and Pre-Suit Correspondence: Demand letters for claim payment, coverage, or resolution; notices of claim or dispute; and formal responses to insurer correspondence or reservation-of-rights letters.
  • Pleadings Asserting Claims Against an Insurer: Complaints or petitions alleging breach of insurance contract, bad faith, unfair claims practices, declaratory judgment regarding coverage or duties, or related claims, including descriptions of the policy, loss or claim, insurer’s actions, and relief sought.
  • Pleadings and Responses for Insurers or Defending Parties: Answers to complaints, statements of affirmative defenses, or related responsive pleadings based on information supplied by the client.
  • Supporting Sworn Statements: Affidavits, declarations, and verified statements regarding the loss, claim handling, policy terms (as provided by the client), damages, or other facts.
  • Motions and Related Papers: Motions related to the dispute (such as for temporary relief or other procedural matters) based on client-supplied information.
  • Court Process Documents: Summons and related forms for initiating or responding in a civil action.
  • Resolution Instruments: Settlement agreements, releases, policy releases, stipulations, and related documents resolving the insurance dispute.
  • Related Supporting Materials: Exhibits incorporating client-supplied policy excerpts, claim correspondence, estimates, photographs, or other materials.

Documents are prepared for use in the relevant jurisdiction (subject to the forms and information you provide). Insurance coverage rules, bad-faith standards, claim-handling requirements, statutes of limitations, and available remedies vary significantly by state and policy type; clients remain responsible for confirming compliance before filing, service, or use.
