Documents are prepared for submission through the FINRA Funding Portal Gateway. Form FP-NMA is the new member application required under Funding Portal Rule 110 for an entity that has filed (or is filing) Form Funding Portal with the SEC to become a member of FINRA so that it may act as an intermediary in Regulation Crowdfunding offerings; FINRA reviews the application against standards for admission, which may include a membership interview; the application must be substantially complete and accompanied by required supporting documentation and the applicable fee; clients remain fully responsible for determining eligibility, the accuracy and completeness of all information and procedures, timely submission, payment of fees, and compliance with FINRA Funding Portal Rules, Regulation Crowdfunding, and applicable securities laws.
