Part 55; applicants must meet facility licensee training and experience requirements, undergo a medical examination, and pass written examinations and operating tests administered in accordance with NRC standards (such as NUREG-1021); the facility licensee must certify completion of requirements and medical fitness; licenses are subject to conditions, expiration, and renewal requirements; clients remain fully responsible for determining eligibility, the accuracy and completeness of all information, timely submission, satisfaction of examination and medical requirements, and compliance with 10 C.F.R. Part 55.
