Organizational Documents: Organization of entity formation papers or other supporting materials, based on the documents you provide.
Amendments or Updates: Preparation of amended applications for additional ratings or changes, based on the corrected or updated details you provide.
Documents are prepared for submission to the responsible Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) or International Flight Standards Office (IFO) as applicable. Part 147 AMTS certification requires submission of FAA Form 8310-6 along with descriptions of facilities, curriculum, instructors, and other compliance materials through a multi-phase process (pre-application including PASI, formal application, document compliance, demonstration/inspection, and certification); clients remain fully responsible for determining the certification requirements, the accuracy and completeness of all information and materials, timely submission, satisfaction of facility, equipment, instructor, curriculum, and inspection requirements, and compliance with 14 C.F.R. Part 147 and related FAA guidance (including Advisory Circular 147-3C).
