Documents Commonly Prepared
We prepare documents associated with a Form N-CSR filing, including:
Form N-CSR (Certified Shareholder Report): Completion of the report incorporating the shareholder report transmitted to stockholders under Rule 30e-1, along with other required items (such as financial statements, schedules of investments, and related disclosures), based on the information and content you supply.
Shareholder Report Materials: Formatting of the annual or semi-annual shareholder report (including tailored shareholder reports for open-end funds under Item 27A of Form N-1A, covering expenses, performance, portfolio holdings, and other required information), based on the content you provide.
Certifications: Organization and formatting of the required principal executive officer and principal financial officer certifications, based on the information you supply.
Exhibits: Organization and formatting of required exhibits (such as codes of ethics or proxy voting policies), based on the documents and information you provide.
Amendments (Form N-CSR/A): Preparation of amended reports incorporating updates or corrections, based on the corrected or updated details you provide.
Related Supporting Materials: Organization of attachments, signature pages, or other materials referenced in the form, based on the information you supply.
Documents are prepared for electronic filing through the SEC’s EDGAR system. Form N-CSR is the certified shareholder report filed by registered management investment companies not later than 10 days after the transmission to stockholders of any report required to be transmitted under Rule 30e-1 under the Investment Company Act; it includes the shareholder report (which, for open-end funds, is the tailored concise report), certifications, and other information; certain information must be tagged in Inline XBRL; clients remain fully responsible for determining the filing obligation, the accuracy and completeness of all financial statements and disclosures, timely transmission to shareholders and EDGAR filing, website availability of additional information, and compliance with the Investment Company Act, the Exchange Act, and SEC requirements.
